               Finding the ideal employee means more than assessing competence;
               it involves ensuring alignment with your company’s vision. For in-
               stance, a highly skilled sales manager who does not share your com-
               mitment to social and philanthropic objectives, or who is uncom-
               fortable with aggressive sales tactics, may not be the best fit for your
               company’s culture and goals. Remember, a top performer at one
               company may not necessarily excel in another if the motivational
               needs and job requirements differ, even for similar roles.
