THE POWER OF READING PEOPLE
CHAPTER CONCLUSION
• The TTI Style Insights assessment offers a straightforward ap-
proach for assessing behavioral styles.
• Combining knowledge of evaluation, the six motivators, and
the Style Insights assessment results in a comprehensive toolkit
for recognizing behavioral styles through keen observation, self-
awareness, and understanding of human behavior.
• Remember that these evaluations of behavioral style and mo-
tivations represent only a segment of an individual’s complete
behavioral and personality profile, as many other contributing
factors are not considered with these tools.
• Effective listening and questioning skills are essential in discern-
ing the varied behaviors and driving forces behind a person.
• TTI’s newly developed continuum concept builds on the idea
of four primary behavioral styles, as they were described in past
TTI publications that focused on the high scores in each di-
mension. The behavioral styles represented by low scores haven’t
changed, but the continuum graphs bring them into focus as
four additional distinct styles with strengths and weaknesses of
their own.
