               The team bike diagram depicts the strengths and weaknesses that

               different behavioral styles contribute to a team. Task-oriented indi-
               viduals are represented in the upper half, while those with a people-

               oriented focus appear in the lower half. The natural behavioral style
               of team members is indicated by a dot, whereas the adapted style
               they take on to meet job demands or fit into the work environment

               is marked by stars connected to these dots.


               If there’s a significant gap between a member’s natural and adapted

               styles, this suggests they are not being utilized to their best advan-
               tage. Adapting one’s style consumes energy; the more one deviates
               from their natural tendencies, the more effort it takes. This can


               be sustainable as long as individuals are conscious of the need to
               unwind. Effective decompression strategies that work for a person’s
