               USING THE DISC MODEL FOR UNDERSTANDING
               BEHAVIOR

               Understanding others’ motivations and behaviors is essential for ef-

               fective interaction. As we introduced earlier, the platinum rule is to
               interact with others as they prefer. To grasp someone’s behavioral

               makeup or style, we utilize TTI’s Style Insights® assessment, which
               is based on the DISC model (dominance, influence, steadiness, and
               compliance) and allows us to apply this principle practically.
