EQUIPMENT
Our department strives to issue our officers the best equipment available. We believe
having modern equipment significantly improves their ability to do their job and
leads to a higher level of service.
Equipment our officers are issued includes:
• Uniforms
• Duty gear
• Glock 17 with Streamlight TLR-1
• Taser 7
• Load bearing vests
• Colt AR15 rifles
• Remington 870s are available for
duty use
• Remington 870 less lethal guns are
also available for duty use
• Low mileage vehicles with updated
computers and camera systems
Additionally, all patrol vehicles are
equipped with a ballistic shield.
