In September of 2014 Purity Life installed security cameras on the exterior entrances and exits at the 6 Commerce

and also keep Purity Life’s assets safe. Please note these cameras will be operational and recording 24/7,
365 days per year and will be monitored on a regular basis.

The personal use of telephones should be limited to use on lunches and breaks. Long distance should not be
used for personal calls.
Employees are not permitted to dial 411 for information on Purity Life phones as there is a charge to use this service.
Alternatively, employees are encouraged to use www.canada411.ca to look up the any number they require.
Theft
Theft is a criminal offence and will not be tolerated. We have strict guidelines for prosecuting and terminating
all offenders.
Warehouse Food-and-Drink Policy

employees are not permitted to have food or beverages other than water anywhere in the warehouse as it is
deemed unsanitary. Water must be contained in a non-breakable container with a lid.
Company Property
A) Laptops and Other Equipment Provided by Purity

The following is a list of employees who are eligible to receive a Company laptop.
	 • All director level and above positions will be offered the option of a laptop.
	 • Anyone in a position where they spend more than 20% of their time away from the office establishment.
	 • All other requests will be handled on a case-by-case situation, presented to both the Management
		 Team and the IT Department.
B) iPads
	 • The iPads will primarily be used as a tool to simply and efficiently report on sales calls for the purpose
of providing this information to our vendor partners in an effort to provide further transparency for the
margin made on the sales of their products.
	 • The iPads will also be used to show retailers how our new online ordering system works, take orders
right at the store, and look up current inventory levels or past invoices.
	 • Purity Life will replace the first iPad that is damaged, stolen, or lost; however, the second one will be the
responsibility of the employee to replace within thirty (30) days.
C) Cell Phones
	 • The purpose of the Company-funded cell phone is to conduct Company-related business. Personal calls
are allowed; however, they should not make up the majority of the charges on your phone.
	 • When travelling on business please limit long-distance personal calls, particularly any international calls.
	 •	Employees must use a hands-free device to talk on a cell phone while driving. We ask that you keep
cell phone use while driving to an absolute minimum as it does create a driving distraction. It will be
your responsibility to make yourself familiar with the laws in your province regarding the use of cell phones
as they may vary from province to province. For further clarification, refer to the policy. Any personal calls
made on either a cell phone or company phone should be made during breaks, unless there is an emergency.
	 • Purity Life will replace the first cell phone that is damaged, stolen, or lost; however, the second one will be
the responsibility of the employee to replace within thirty (30) days. If an employee has opted to upgrade
their phone at their own expense, then they will own the phone. They will also be responsible for replacing
it at their own expense if damaged.
	 • When travelling out of the country, it is the employee’s responsibility to contact the IT department to get
the appropriate plan on all you devices.
