When the course is directly related to the position and contains a pass/fail component, Purity Life will
reimburse 100% of the cost (50% at enrolment and 50% upon proof of successful completion). If the course
is partially related to the role and contains a pass/fail component, Purity Life will only pay a maximum
of 50% (25% at enrolment and 25% upon successful completion). Approval must be granted prior
to enrolment in order to be reimbursed. In order to acquire approval, an Education Request Form must
be completed and submitted to Human Resources. This form is available on the Company’s intranet
site (Education Reimbursement Request Form). A copy of proof of completion must be forwarded
to the Human Resource Department for retention in their personnel file.

Christmas Hours
Purity Life recognizes the little things … like how difficult it is for families of working parents to actually get their
Christmas shopping done without kids and, ideally, without the large crowds. Purity Life provides three (3) hours
off just before Christmas for employees to do just that! Happy Holidays and Happy Shopping!
Purity Life’s offices/warehouses close at 3:00 PM EST/PST on Christmas Eve, December 24th.

Safety in Our Work Environment - Safety Shoes
We all have the right to work in a safe workplace. To keep our Company accident-free, we each
must follow safety rules and make safety a habit. If at ANY time you do not feel comfortable
conducting a certain task for safety reasons, please notify your immediate Supervisor. Purity
Life does reimburse $125 per calendar year towards the purchase of safety shoes, if needed,
to conduct your job-related duties and if approved by your Manager.
