disease problems occur, it's best to sacrifice one or two plants rather than lose an
entire garden.
Dispose of diseased plants by burning them, or placing them in a fresh, hot
compost heap. Practice proper hygiene by washing your hands, tools, and boots
in a solution of one-part bleach to nine parts of water, after working with
diseased plants.
This will reduce the likelihood of spreading the disease.
Finally, inspect your plants on a weekly basis and look for signs of insects or
disease. Remove harmful insects and treat any sign of disease immediately.
