Tenant Selction
This is one of the most important
aspects of property management –
making sure that the best possible
tenant is selected to occupy your
investment property.
Our comprehensive rental application form and 100
point checklist ensure we gain as much information
as possible on the prospective tenant.
Our agency is a member of T.I.C.A. (Tenancy
Information Centre of Australia) which is a ‘default’
tenant database covering Australia and New Zealand.
All applications are cleared with T.I.C.A. before
proceeding with further reference checking processes.
When a suitable tenant has been located, the
application would be discussed with you for your
approval and the final decision.
When the tenant selection process is finalised, we then
seek the 2 weeks rent and bond from the tenant. Then
a detailed and comprehensive Entry Condition Report
is completed by our experienced staff. The Tenancy
Agreement is then signed by the ingoing tenant and
this agency, as your managing agent. Property owners
are provided with copies of all relevant documentation.
