b. Semi-skilled workers

 Semi-skilled workers are those who possess skill of one or more
construction trades but have not attained the requisite level of skilfulness

to be paid as skilled workers.
 They usually work as helpers to the skilled workers, although on other

occasions they can perform some skilled work independently.

c. Skilled workers / Craftsmen

 Skilled workers usually had a certificate in trades they involve.
 They work together with semi-skilled workers
