b. Semi-skilled workers
Semi-skilled workers are those who possess skill of one or more
construction trades but have not attained the requisite level of skilfulness
to be paid as skilled workers.
They usually work as helpers to the skilled workers, although on other
occasions they can perform some skilled work independently.
c. Skilled workers / Craftsmen
Skilled workers usually had a certificate in trades they involve.
They work together with semi-skilled workers
