1st Offense -------Warning letter–Parents must bring appropriate attire
for students to be able to attend class
2nd Offense -------Parents notified – students receive After School
Detention
3rd Offense -------Parents notified – students receive In-School

4th and Subsequent Offenses Out-of-school suspensions
Food
Food is prohibited from being consumed in ALL classrooms and the hallways
unless made permissible. Food and drink are strictly prohibited in all science,
business and computer labs. No outside commercial food, including food
deliveries, is permitted during school hours.
Imaging/Photographing/Videotaping
Photographing, videotaping, and/or imaging digitally any person by any device,
including but not limited to any camera, cell phone, iPod, electronic tablet, or
other device having imaging capability, is strictly prohibited unless specifically
authorized by the school administration.
School Dances
High School Dances – All BPHS students must have a BPHS I.D. and date must
have a picture I.D. No middle school students will be permitted to attend. Any
non-Brooke Point student must be signed up and approved by administration
before the registration deadline. Pre-approved non-BPHS student dates will be
permitted ONLY for Homecoming and Prom. Dates are not permitted at any
other dances. TICKETS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER ALL DANCES.
Sexual Harassment
What is our school policy on sexual harassment?
As outlined in our Code of Conduct, any student who engages in
sexually harassing conduct or communication shall have violated our
school policy, and the law, whether such conduct occurs on school
grounds, at school events, on the school bus, or via electronic media.
