In a subsequent development, the DPR-GR members who were from
the PKI were dismissed. The dismissal of the DPR-GR member of the
PKI Faction and its mass organizations was carried out by Coordinating
Minister/Speaker of the DPR-GR, Aruji Kartawinata, toward 57 people
who were involved in the counter-revolutionary incident of September
30, 1965 Movement. Subsequently, in a meeting on 12 November 1965, it
was decided that 8 more DPR-GR members were going to be suspended
in addition to the 57 people who had previously been dismissed.
