New Listings
(All paperwork must be turned into the office within 3 days; listing must be placed into MLS within 3
days after listing agreement start date)

220 Listing Contract – Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement

315 Lead Based Paint Disclosure (if built before 1978)
New Listing procedures
Upload a copy of all listing forms into ZIPforms
Listings must to be input into MLS no later than 3 days after start date of the listing agreement
Arrange for photography, upload photos
Set up showing instructions via Showingtime
Write listing remarks, Public Remarks cannot include branding or contact information, website
information, financial information, confidential information or language that may be considered
private or harmful.
Upload into MLS Associated Documents the Residential Property Disclosure form 230 and any
other pertinent documents (rental figures/HOA related docs/ect..)
Install lockbox
Order yard sign from office
Copy of door keys (3 copies/ 1 for lockbox, 1 for office, 1 reserve)
Measure square footage of the property or obtain from land records citing the source
Check Horry County Land records to verify ownership
Check Horry County Taxes to check if taxes have been paid
CRS or Horry County GIS for property dimensions/flood lines
Ask the seller if they have their Master deed and any paperwork
