In the event of resignation of employment, when at least 12 months
of employment has been completed and proper notice has been given
and completed by working their scheduled days, any accrued, unused
vacation will be paid. Employees (with the exception of those in
Illinois) who are terminated for whatever reason will forfeit any earned,
unused vacation pay. Illinois employees must receive earned, unused
vacation pay.
Holidays
At your community, we observe seven holidays per year. Our
acknowledged holidays include:
X New Year’s Day (January 1)
X Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
X 4th of July (the legal holiday)
X Labor Day (irst Monday in September)
X Thanksgiving Day (last Thursday in November)
X Christmas Day (December 25)
X Personal Day* (full time staff only)
* You are eligible for holiday pay upon being hired however you are not eligible for a
personal day until you have completed 90 days of employment. It cannot be carried
forward from one calendar year to the next.
