Brainshark Project Guide
Downloadable video ile—once the Brainshark is inal, an mp4
version of the Brainshark can be created. Please note the following.
À This is especially helpful for clients without internet access, or with
unreliable internet access
À It typically takes one hour after the most recent edit is made to the
Brainshark (sometimes more or less depending on the size of the
Brainshark) to create the mp4 version
À Although the mp4 is good quality, the interactive qualities of
Brainshark (such as the table of contents and attachments) are lost
in the mp4 version
Attachments—allows the client to add documents or link other
websites directly to the Brainshark video. Common documents attached
include annual notices and open enrollment guides.
To request the addition of attachment(s), please send the EBCC the ile
path (we cannot add if it is sent to us as an attachment), the order you
want them in, and what it should be titled in the Brainshark; the best
way to format this request is shown below.
