Once in bed, I began to recall the day’s events and the thought I

would have to close the door of my business and declare bankruptcy
hit me like a brick wall. I went to my room and cried all night. Christine

and Marie spent the night, because the pastor was scheduled to bless
the house the following day.

The pastor showed up at 11:00 with Nadia. As the pastor went
through my house and saw crazy Leroy’s paint job, he asked if Leroy

was drunk when he painted the house. He saw how this new house

had been messed up.

The pastor went through each room from top to bottom with

holy oil, blessing the house. The entire time he was blessing the house
I was crying., I could not stop crying. I also had not eaten for three

days.

After the blessing of the house, I had a doctor's appointment with

Dr. C scheduled for noon. I needed to leave shortly after the Pastor
arrived and I told him, Christine, Marie and Nadia, I had to go to my

appointment. They were welcome to stay but I was leaving. I know
the pastor thought I was rude and ungrateful. I just knew he saw I had

lost my mind. Everyone packed their bags and left.

Marie decided she would stay another night. I did not care at that

point. I left and went to see Dr. C, still crying, she could not even

console me. I left Dr. C and went home to go to bed. I was so tired
mentally and physically. I slept the entire Saturday.
