Facing Down Danger

n Monday morning I went to the courthouse to file a
restraining against Jerome. I heard he had gone back to IT
Solutions and I called their office to confirm his employment
and their address. The receptionist must have told him someone called
the office and he left another angry message on my phone.
I played the recordings of his messages to the police and the
magistrate and they issued me a temporary restraining order which was
only good to keep him away until he was served, and a court hearing
date was established. This was not the first time a woman had placed
a restraining order on Jerome, two years earlier, one of his flings placed
a restraining order on him for assault. He had us believing she was
crazy, and she was stalking him. He had our employees go to court to
testify on his behalf and had the court to issue a restraining order on
her.
A week later they delivered the restraining order and the court
hearing date was given for the end of the month.
