contacted Melissa at 3:00 am. I knew I was over my head with Jerome

and thought I would bring in our corporate attorney, John, to try and
make Jerome understand the severity of what was occurring.

I knew Jerome had Tyrone wrapped around his fingers. It was

truly amazing to watch Tyrone transform into Jerome. Tyrone’s whole
demeanor had changed from what it was the first day I met him. He
had become very chauvinistic, just like Jerome. They were two peas in

a pod; you would not see one without the other. Tyrone had brought

Jerome into his world, meaning he had made Jerome a part of his
family, introducing Jerome to his network of friends. It was a move

Tyrone would later regret. Little did I know, the attorney, John had
become close with both Jerome and Tyrone. He became so close that

I know he lost his objectivity.

On the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday, a meeting was scheduled

for Tyrone, Jerome and I with John, to discuss my suspicions about
Jerome sleeping with Melissa. I was sure I could convince Tyrone and

John that Jerome was sleeping with Melissa. After all, I had Jerome's
cell phone records for proof and Jerome's attempt to give Melissa the

$10,000 raise that we had been threatened within November.

The meeting began and I told them of my concerns about Melissa
suing us. Jerome adamantly denied everything, and I told them that if
it were not the truth, we should refuse to give Melissa the $10K

increase and see what happened. Jerome became very agitated in the

meeting and I guess he had already covered his tracks because he had
