The Growth Period

T
hree years later after, CGS was growing by leaps and bounds.
We had won more contracts and we were growing out of our
current office space. I was working my but off!
Jerome and Shannon found some additional space in our current
building on the tenth floor and we decided the executives would move
upstairs. Shannon knew she had lost Giselle's confidence, so she threw
her total loyalty to Jerome. Her behavior changed dramatically, and it
was like she was trying to become Giselle Thornburg, just like that
crazy white girl in the movie Single White Female. She wanted everything
Giselle had. When we began the move, Shannon was insistent on
moving into Giselle's old office because it was larger. They could have
placed two people in that office, the whole point of moving was to
create additional office space for the new hires. Shannon was getting
out of control!
When Giselle did find out Shannon was moving into her old
office space on the day we moved. Giselle raised wholly hell with
