cell phone records. I was just to be a robot and let them run the
company because I had no clue how to run a business.
Now we had all the employees in the mix of this craziness,
because Jerome and Tyrone were telling them I had no power and
every decision needed to come from them. I knew this was CRAZY,
but I had no clue how to deal with CRAZY. That went back to living
with those rose-colored glasses. Daddy had given me.
So, Tyrone, Jerome and Deborah were now running my
company, the company which would not have been in existence had
it not been for my dreams, my efforts, my credit, and my offer to
Jerome and Tyrone to join the team. I stayed home for three days,
crying and trying to come up with a strategy. My sister circle asked,
"Are you Crazy? How are they going to put the CEO and owner on
probation?" Jerome and Tyrone may have thought I did not have any
backbone, but my Daddy did not raise me to be a fool.
I played along with them for a couple of days until those fools
had a meeting with the bank and they needed my signature to commit
the company. They expected me to sign documents without
participating in the meeting to understand what I was getting myself
into. I went home that evening so upset and typed a memo to
distribute to Tyrone, Jerome, and Deborah.
The following morning, I gave the memo to Deborah, knowing
she would immediately contact Jerome and Tyrone. The memo read I
was taking back my role as the 51% majority owner and CEO and
