I just knew the attorney thought I was crazy, with a drunk

husband and a partner threatening my life and livelihood. The attorney
wanted me to fire Jerome. I felt it was not the right time because the

company was the life force for 20 families. I knew if I fired Jerome,
Tyrone would follow, which meant the company would lose contracts

and I would have to lay off employees. I thought I could manage

Jerome and Tyrone as long as I had someone, meaning a new attorney,
who was looking out for the benefit of the company and who had my

              back.

Of course, Jerome and Tyrone had contacted John and while

Leroy and I were at my new attorney’s office, John was calling me to
tell me I did not want to do what I was doing. I informed John that I

no longer needed his services as counsel and that he was fired.

For the first time, I took ownership of my position as CEO. I

continued to work from home. At the same time, my attorney was in
contact with Deborah, to issue a check for his retainer fee. My attorney

sent Jerome and Tyrone an overnight letter stating that I was taking
back my position as CEO as stated in CGS’s operating agreement and

that I had retained him as the new company attorney. He also
scheduled a meeting with them for the following week.

After the letter was sent, I had Leroy come to the office with me.
I was working on a proposal and I had to finish because I knew I had

to win more contracts to get rid of both Jerome and Tyrone. Leroy

became my bodyguard when crazy Jerome saw that I was coming into
