the office, he wanted to talk with me. I told him I would only speak

to him with Leroy's present. He then asked me "What do you want?"
I told him he would have to wait until we met with the attorneys during

the following week.

The following week arrived and Leroy, the attorney and I were at
the office. Jerome and Tyrone arrived with John representing them.
All they could do was the same old bullying tactics, the yelling and

screaming. They even had John shouting, something that was

definitely out of his character. We eventually agreed to disagree. The
main thing I wanted to be returned to my control was the money. I

knew they would go completely crazy without a watchdog. I also
wanted Deborah fired because she had lied on her resume, stating she

knew how to implement our new accounting software. We fired
Deborah the following week.

While cleaning out Deborah’s desk, I found IRS warnings. The
IRS was in the process of placing a lien on the business account due

to lack of payments. Deborah had been stashing the notices and we
were $85,000 behind in payments. I believe she purposely held the

payments to sabotage the business, especially since she knew I was
watching her like a hawk. Fortunately, we were able to arrange a

payment plan and pay them off quickly.

Jerome then found a consultant, Sam, Sam had been an

accountant at some reputable firms, and he understood how to
