Amazon keeps the site frequently update to retrieve data files. New items are uploaded on the site
hourly. To make the best customer services or increase their economy by increasing customer shopping
ranking, amazon and or Ebuyer uses emails to contact its customers about their new and cheapest items
in stock. They also use the customer shopping policy or history (cookies), to improve the performance of
their site. In conversation, they email their customers on their experience in using the transactional
website and also via their high street shops. Sometimes in their shops, a quick survey test is done by
member of staff to know how customers feel about shopping from their shops.

               TYPES OF TRANSACTIONS

What exactly is a transaction and what are the types of transaction processes that we use today in
ecommerce services; buying and purchasing? Have you ever shopped directly via high street or a nearby
shops? What processes takes place? Do you have a bank account? What processes takes place when
wiring or withdrawing money from your nearby banks to a friend or a family member? How do banks
keep track of each and every customer’s bank account so that security is in place and to maintain a
               minimum lost percentage?

Transaction is a process of exchanging or transferring services from one point of sale to another or it is a
per-to-per transferring or exchanging of services between two banks, two business entrepreneurs or
partnerships or between a point of sale and a customer. Electronic Fund Transfer at Point of Sale
(EFTPS), is a typical example of a transaction processing that allows a direct computer access between
two banks. EFTPS is used anywhere around the world, where there is an electronic fund transfer; when
buying or purchasing an item from a nearby shops, at point of sale, the customer’s credit card is
therefore scanned and read by an electronic data capture, barcode reader, data is then retrieved and
the system is updated. There is a quick transaction process that occur during this process. Fund transfer
is sent directly from the supermarket’s server to the customer’s own bank account. Money is deducted
and the customer’s bank account notifies the shop’s own bank account for the transaction. The
customer then receives a transaction notification about the total cost of money withdraw or transferred
from own bank account. Receipt is therefore printed out, calculating the total cost of the items. This
same transaction processing takes place when shopping with or from Amazon, via high street shops or
               directly from customer’s luxury homes.
                                                             Amazon receives transactional notification:

Customer receives transaction is successful, Payment is made!
                                 notification
