If you are injured on the job, you must immediately report such injury (or illness if work related) to your supervisor who

         will in turn notify the Human Resources department.  The Company reserves the right to require drug screening for any
         employees who are injured on the job.
         Questions regarding worker’s compensation insurance should be directed to Human Resources located in the Virginia
         Beach corporate office.


         6.0 EMPLOYEE CONDUCT



         6.1    Standards of Conduct

         As an employee, you are expected to accept certain responsibilities, adhere to acceptable business principles , and exhibit
         a high degree of personal integrity at all times.  This not only involves respecting the rights and feelings of others, but
         also demands you refrain from any behavior that might be harmful to you, your co-workers, and/or Hercules Real Estate
         (and its affiliates) or that might be viewed unfavorably by current or potential tenants or by the public at large.

         Listed below are some of the Company rules and regulations that you are expected to abide by.  Types of behavior and
         conduct that could lead to termination of employment, without prior warnings at the discretion of the Company, are
         listed but not limited to the following:

            □  Violating the Company’s non-discrimination and/or non-harassment policy.
            □  Falsifying employment or other Company records.

            □  Willful damage to Company property.

            □  Excessive absenteeism or tardiness.
            □  Engaging in unauthorized use of Company supplies, particularly for personal purposes.

            □  Gambling on Company premises.
            □  Illegally manufacturing, possessing, using, selling, distributing or transporting drugs.

            □  Reporting to work intoxicated or under the influence of non-prescribed drugs.

            □  Bringing or using alcoholic beverages on the property or using alcoholic beverages while engaged in business.
            □  Fighting or using obscene, or threatening language or gestures.

            □  Sleeping on the job.

            □  Hitting, pushing, or otherwise striking another person or any other disorderly conduct while on the premises.
            □  Failure to report accidental damages to Company or resident’s property.
