Repeated tardiness or absenteeism (multiple unexcused absences) will reflect against your performance and will result in
disciplinary action and/or termination.
An employee who is absent from work 3 consecutive days because of illness will be required to provide a doctor’s Re-
turn to Work Statement.
Any employee who fails to report for work or contact their property for a scheduled shift will be subject to corrective
action, including termination. Any employee who is absent from work for 1 complete day without notification to man-
agement will be deemed to have abandoned their job and will be considered a voluntary termination.
Employees with more than 2 unexcused absences are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
6.3 Returning to Work Policy
Employees may not return to work before or after their shift unless prior permission has been granted from their man-
ager/supervisor. Exception to this would be service calls after hours or for tenant emergencies.
