         Middlesbrough office organised a 1-day workshop for
         line managers on practical exercises and provided
         insight on how to support people battling mental
         health issues. The highlight of the workshop was an
         action plan which provided details on the triggers and
         support for the individual. Other offices across the UK
         have designated Mental Health First Aiders, who have
         completed their mandatory training and are ready to
         guide  and  counsel  fellow-Firstsourcers.  Each  office
         has at least 1 designated Mental Health First Aider.

                                                                      mental  wellbeing. HR teams  will hold
                                                                      workshops to help team leaders and above,
                                                                      identify telltale signs of stress within teams. In
                                                                      addition, the workshops will help: Understand
                                                                      stress and its impact on employees; Identify
                                                                      signs of depression and anxiety in teams;
                                                                      Anticipate and respond to stress reactions
                                                                      with skill and sensitivity; Create a supportive
                                                                      and open working environment; How to manage
                                                                      stress and become a role model for preventive
                                                                      wellbeing  practices  and  Understand  different
                                                                      elements of the wellbeing services (EWAP).
