SUMMARY OF POINTS OF INTEREST

The Employee Handbook is a long read. It is important that all faculty and staff familiarize yourselves with the
entire contents of the document, but there are some noteworthy changes or highlights.

        One School
Every role at Renbrook functions both as an end in itself and a means to an end. We're all interconnected
more than one can possibly imagine, and our ability to recognize and embrace our coordinated place in the
chain of Renbrook is a key to both personal success and success as an institution.

        Tag Line
"Bringing Learning to Life" is at the heart of defining the Renbrook value added and will continue to be an
important theme in marketing and within the classroom.

        Personalized Instruction/Differentiated Instruction
This and the tag line are the significant differentiators of a Renbrook education. Individualizing
instruction/assessment in the context of a whole class setting is the key to Renbrook's success as an academic
institution now and into the future.
        Faculty and Staff as Ambassadors
Enthusiasm for the school begins with all employees. We can't expect parents to serve as ambassadors to the
school and help recruit new families if we, as a faculty and staff, can't publically endorse the Renbrook
        experience.
