 Section Three. Defines that the president may advise and

make recommendations to Congress, may convene and
adjourn Congress, as a whole or by body, under

extraordinary circumstances, and meet with foreign
dignitaries.

 Section Four. Defines impeachment of officers of the
executive branch for treason, bribery, or other high crimes

and misdemeanors.
Article Three

Judicial Branch

 Section One. Creates the judicial branch and authorities.
This includes the Supreme Court and lesser federal courts as
established. It further sets the terms as unlimited unless for

cause, and compensation.

 Section Two. Defines the jurisdiction of the federal courts to
the Constitution, federal laws, treaties, dignitaries,

admiralty, of which the United States is a party, causes
between states, between any state and citizen of another,

and involving foreign countries or their dignitaries or
citizens. It further provides trial by jury for crimes, sans

impeachment, and in the state of the crime.
 Section Three. Defines the parameters of treason as a

criminal offense, including punishment.
