When you find out what people want, you find a whole new audience.
This audience is actively looking for a solution before they stumble across you. It's
so much more cost-effective to sell people who are looking for you than to help
people who are not looking for you.
One way to get the pulse of this in your industry is to get good at surveying. By
asking customers and prospective customers what they like and want when it
comes to products and services like yours, you’ll gain amazing knowledge to
create effective marketing.
You'll find out what your customers are happy about, so you can repeat it. You'll
also find out what your customers are unhappy about - so you can fix it.
Surveys are another one of those intangibles that can change your destiny
forever. This information is so valuable because it's not guesswork. It's based on
true facts on what people want.
