This book started as a 44 page workbook on August 7, 2003. Over the next 13
years, we’ve worked with hundreds of companies all across the United States as

well as in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Guatemala and the Virgin
               Islands.

Over time we tested, tweaked and developed the tools, resources and concepts
that made each of our clients successful. Today, you’re holding in your hands the

culmination of all that work - a true step-by -step guide to help anyone innovate
and market any product, service or business.

Over the 13 year period we have encountered some of the most incredible

entrepreneurs and business leaders in the world. We locked arms, laughed,
worked and cried together. One example was Ray in Australia. We cried together
when his landlord locked him out of his own business one night. The guy had sold

the building, took the cash and ran.

Ray and his wife Hollie were devastated. We used to have our calls at either
7am or 11pm because of the time zone difference and we got to know each other
very well. They owned that business for 5 years. They worked with us for 7

months before this happened. They were making the most money they EVER had
and were adored by their community.

                  That one hurt…

We’d like to thank the following people:

                       ● Our consulting clients from the early years - This group of
entrepreneurs will always hold a special place in our hearts. We spent

the first two years in the trenches with these people. We spent way too
many hours studying every aspect of their customers and their business.
This is where the foundation for this book was derived. We were paid
$3,000 to $5,000 a month by each client for our consulting services.
