Chapter 11. Be Proud and Be Loud

You need to brag about how great you are.
I know, it goes against all human nature. But as you’ll see, done the correct way,
you won’t come across as a pompous, pretentious or arrogant ass.

This chapter is going to focus on teaching you how to find your greatness. We will
teach you how to shout it from the rooftops; letting everybody know about it and
               creating raving fans!

In Section I, we helped you develop your Unique Selling Points. We outlined and

gave you a few unfair advantages on how to do some competitive intelligence.

We now take it a step further…

               u·nique

               /yo ͞ oˈnēk/
               adjective
               adjective: unique
                   1. being the only one of its kind; unlike anything else.: "the situation was unique in modern politics"
                       "original and unique designs".
                   2. synonyms: distinctive, distinct, individual, special, idiosyncratic, single, sole, lone, unrepeated,
unrepeatable, solitary, exclusive, rare, uncommon, unusual, sui generis, one-off, one-of-a-kind,
                       once-in-a-lifetime, one-shot

For you to be truly unique you must be the only one that can say it.

That doesn't make you or your business great, though. Greatness is achieved
when that uniqueness is something that people really care about or want!

You may be the only car wash operator in town with 4 bays for washing (unique).
What makes you great is having those 4 bays so your customers never have to
               wait to wash their cars.

Greatness. Yep, You Have It Too!
We have a fitness center client who's open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Does

               that make them great?

               Well, it depends.
If they are the only club in their area open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, then yes
