Dave began shaking his head up and down and crying uncontrollably. Vance
said, Dave Ruston you live at 165 Tremont St, Boston, MA. Your wife’s name
is Susan and your kids are Sherry and Dalton, Dave shook his head up and
down. Do you have any pictures, tapes or recordings of you and Dee Dee
together, Dave shook his head from side to side. Have you told anyone about
this scheme, Dave shook his head from side to side. Last question Dave, you
understand if I or my friend ever hear anything from you, any representative
of yours or from anyone regarding you and Dee Dee that I or my friend will
come see you again and make you watch us kill your family before we kill you.
Do you understand Dave? He was shaking his head up and down with so
much force that it looked like it was about to come off. Vance motioned to
Raheem and they left the room closing the door behind them.

Regina and Dee Dee was sitting in the room across the hall not knowing
what was happening in the other room. Regina had never been that nervous
in her life, she even began smoking a cigarette from an open pack that Vance
had left on the nightstand in the room. After two cigarettes and uncontrollably
chatter between her and Dee Dee she realized that she did not even smoke.
We have to get it together; Regina kept telling herself and Dee Dee. Regina
finally remembered who the other guy was with Vance. Regina said out loud,
Raheem! She knew Raheem and Vance were vendors in Atlanta together and
had become good friends. Raheem was instrumental in helping Vance to
convince the other vendors to choose Vance and Regina’s Vendor
Management Company. As Vance and Raheem walked into the room Regina
and Dee Dee froze like they had just seen two ghosts. Vance asked Raheem
to take Dee Dee back over to the room and get their purses and other things,
