Use the size of your own fist as a general
What should be serving size for carbs or simply check the
recommended serving size for one portion
listed on the food label. This always
my serving depends on the density of the
food. However, green vegetables can be
sizes? eaten in unlimited quantities (explained on
question one). Simply fill up your plate with
veggies, your serving size of protein based
on your body weight & about 1 tbsp is 2
adequate for fats. If you are consuming
fatty fish, I recommend perhaps using only
1/2 tbsp of oil with your meal. This is
because you always want to make sure
you're achieving the right balance of macros
per meal.
