                           If you are following the specific menu plan, there is no way you will be consuming too many

                             carbs: because they will be the RIGHT sources of carbs and optimally scheduled around
                              your training. Meaning, they are always utilized immediately as fuel & to replenish your
                              energy stores for optimal recovery from training. Your carb intake is therefore, always
                           matched to your level of training, and there is also no such thing as too many carbs, yet too

                                     many "processed" carb choices. So do not fear the consumption of carbs.                                3
