    Tacos













                      Servings: 3








         Cook your choice of meat (I used about

            450g of extra lean ground pork with 2
       tbsps of turmeric, 1 tbsp of chilli powder,

    garlic powder & sea salt. Simply line a layer

           of the meat on a large steamed collard

    green leaf. Top with salsa & shredded skim

         milk cheese. Roll up the food in the leaf                                                                                    133
