PEAR
Servings: 2
Directions: Slice 4 ripe pears
and cook in a skillet on medium
heat for about 8-10 mins (until
fruit starts to become very soft and
caramelized). Cook in 3/4 cup of
pure coconut milk with 1.5-2 tbsps
of cinnamon. Remove from heat
and stir in 2 scoops of vanilla
protein powder. Sprinkle stevia on 136
top and top with walnuts! Makes 2
servings !
