CAULIFLOWER




      BURGER





                   Servings: 1




      In a food processor, pulse a whole

      cauliflower (without the stems) until
      completely in little pieces. Pour cauliflower

      in a skillet on high heat with 1 tbsp of

      coconut oil and 1/2 tbsp of sea salt. Cook for
      6 mins and then slowly bring to a simmer,

      while adding in: 3 1/2 tbsps of grass-fed

      gelatin. Soak out any extra water and pour
      mixture into a bowl until it has cooled down.

      Form mixture into buns and let it sit in the

      fridge for about 20-30 minutes. Place
      avocado and tomato pieces in between the

      two buns and enjoy! You can of course add                                                                                       140
      anything else you'd like: salmon, lettuce,

      mayo, etc.
