Directions: lightly steam 1 cauliflower. Once
steamed, pulse the cauliflower in a food
processor until no more big chunks are left.
Then, place on a stove top and mix in: 1/2
cup of coconut milk, 1 egg, 1 tbsp of pure
vanilla extract, 1.5 tbsps of cinnamon, 1/4
cup of stevia. Cook on low for about 6 mins
and add in sliced strawberries. If you want
extra sweetness, add in a handful of raisins!
