Coconut Ginger Fish Servings: 1 134
In a bowl, whisk together: 1/3 cup of coconut flour, 1 tsp of ginger, 1 egg, 1 tsp of pink salt
and continue to slowly add water until batter begins to stick well together. Then simply mix
in 1 tbsp of lemon Mrs.Dash spice blend and cover the cooked basa fillet completely with
the batter. Place in the oven at 350 for about 5-6 mins. Serve with a side of grilled veggies!
