Blueberry





       Glazed Donuts










                     Servings: 4






       Directions: In a food processor, blend together the following ingredients: 4 scoops of
       vanilla protein powder, 3/4 cup of coconut flour, 1/3 cup of coconut butter, 1 tsp                                           144
       vanilla extract, 2 tbsps of flaxmeal, 2.5 tbsps of lakanto monk fruit or stevia. Slowly
       add in almond milk until all the ingredients blend well into a batter & then form
       batter into donuts.
       Blueberry icing: blend together 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp stevia
       or lakanto monk fruit, adding in a bit of almond milk. Pour blueberry icing on top of
       donuts and let them sit in the fridge for 20 minutes
