Protein Oreo Cookies

Directions: In a food processor, blend together the following ingredients.
For the cookie: 2 ripe bananas, 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/3 cup cacao powder, 2
tbsps coconut butter. Form batter into a cookie by rolling it into balls and then flattenining them out.
Filling: blend: 1/2 cup soaked cashews, 1 cup of dates, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp coconut butter. Add icing
in between each chocolate cookie
