DIRECTIONS                                           Directions: For marshmallows: stir together 1/2 cup of water
                                                                 with 3-1/2

                                                                 tbsps of grass-fed gelatin and let sit aside. In the meantime, on
                                                                 a skillet on medium heat, cook: 1 cup of pure coconut milk, 1/4

                                                                 vanilla extract. Heat for about 6-8 mins. Then add mixture with

                                                                 the gelatin in the food processor until well blended.
                                                                 Line a square baking pan with parchment paper and simply
                                                                 pour the mixture and let it sit in the fridge for 1 hour.



                                                                 For cookies: blend together: 2 scoops protein powder, 4 tbsps
                                                                 coconut flour, 4 tbsps almond flour, 1 tbsp coconut oil & 2 tbsps

                                                                 stevia, and slowly blend in enough almond milk to form a batter.
                                                                 Then form batter into flat cookies.



                                                                 Place  1   marshmallow and 20g of melted dark chocolate in

                                                                 between the cookies.
