WHITE DARK
CHOCOLATE
PROTEIN BARS
Servings: 4
Directions: In a food processor, blend together the following
ingredients: 4 scoops of chocolate protein powder, 4 tbsps
of raw cacao powder, 30g of raw cacao paste, 4 tbsps of
coconut oil, 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1/2 tbsp of mesquite
powder, 2 tbsps of lakanto monk fruit, 8 drops of chocolate
stevia drops, pinch of pink salt, and slowly add in almond
milk as you blend until you reach a batter consistency.
Place shredded coconut on the bottom of a sqaure baking
pan and pour the chocolate batter on top.
White chocolate layer: Food process: 30g cacao butter
liquor buttons, 2 tbsps coconut oil, 4 tbsps coconut flour, 1.5
tbsps of lakanto monk fruit, and add in almond milk until
you obtain a fluffy texture. Pat the white chocolate layer on 154
top of the chocolate layer, and place in the fridge for 30
minutes. An intense blend of real dark cacao and a white
chocolate swirl
