    PROTEIN SQUARES





                   Servings: 6





    In a food processor, blend together the following

    ingredients.
    For the first layer: 2 scoops chocolate protein powder,

    1/2 cup walnuts, 2 tbsps raw cacao powder
    Second layer: 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp
    beat crystals, 2 tbsps vitafiber, 2 frozen strawberries.,

    4 tbsps coconut flour & slowly add enough almond
    milk until batter begins to form together

    Third layer: 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp
    vanilla extract, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 4 tbsps coconut

    flour, 2 tbsps monk fruit/stevia extract & slowly add
    almond milk until batter begins to form together. Add

    each layer flat on top of each other in a square baking                                                                         155
    pan lined with parchment paper & freeze for 1-2
    hours. Cut into squares.
