Directions







                                                                                                    Servings: 4



                                                                                       In a food processor, blend together the following
                                                                                       ingredients:
                                                                                       1/2 cup almond flour, 1 cup unsweetened shredded
                                                                                       coconut, 1/4 cup cacao nibs , 1/4 cup goji berries , 3 tbsps
                                                                                       golden monk fruit extract/stevia, 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan
                                                                                       salt , A hint of almond milk
                                                                                       Place first layer in a small square baking pan, while
                                                                                       pressing it flat down.
                                                                                       Second layer, blend together:
                                                                                       1/2 cup walnuts, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 tbsp
                                                                                       raw cacao powder , 2 tbsps monk fruit extract/stevia, 5
                                                                                       drops liquid chocolate stevia. (Do not blend for too long
                                                                                       due to the natural oils from the walnuts). Place flat on top
                                                                                       of first layer
                                                                                       Third layer, blend together: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder,
                                                                                       1 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsps monk fruit extract/stevia, 3
                                                                                       tbsps coconut flour,1/2 cup mixed berries
                                                                                       Place third layer on top and top with mulberries & hemp
                                                                                       hearts! Place in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Cut into
                                                                                       squares and enjoy!                             148
