COCONUT BERRY TRUFFLES
In a food processor, blend together: 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, 1 cup pitted dates, 4 scoops vanilla
whey protein powder, 1/3 cup frozen mixed berries & slowly add a bit of almond milk until batter starts to form
together. Form batter into balls and roll in shredded coconut and beet crystals. Top with extra fresh berries.
