                 Nutrition?

















           The first topic I want to discuss is the importance of
         matching your nutrition to your training. Most people
            make changes by cutting their calories in half and
             increasing their training in hopes of losing weight
              quick. This is actually a setup for a disaster. Your
        metabolism will begin to slow down, and your training

        sessions will suffer because you will not have enough
         energy to fuel your workouts. Your cortisol levels will
          increase due to the metabolic stress you are putting
        your body under without the proper nutrients needed.
        It is important to work WITH your metabolism and not
        AGAINST it. Now, let me teach you the right approach
