Now that that's out of the way, here are some of the important facts to know about nutrition, in
                                                                  order to help you gain amazing results:
                                                             The Science
                                      A high intake of low-energy carb sources at every meal basically tricks the metabolism into
                                   staying elevated and promotes the permanent loss of unwanted body fat. This is called working
                                    with your metabolism and not against it. Low-energy carb sources promote steady blood sugar

                                         and insulin levels. This means no energy decreases during the day, and more efficient
                                   metabolism of fat and effective nutrient transport into your  muscles. All of these aspects add up
                                                                 to a stronger, healthier and leaner body!















                                                    The brighter & richer the color of the food, the more nutritious it is! Vegetables
                                                   with the highest nutritional value are vivid in color, such as dark green found in
                                                   spinach, rich red found in tomatoes, bright yellow-orange found in sweet potato.
                                                  This is the main reason why it's important to eat a variety of foods, and not always         4

                                                      Shedding body fat, enhanced athletic performance and body shape are all
                                                    foundations of optimum health that can be successfully achieved by a healthy
