In some organizations, the leader is just a leader by a position that people lift
them and doesn’t know what is the qualities, the concepts, and principles of the leader.

There are five misconceptions and myths that people accepting about leader and
leadership by John C. Maxwell that: the management myth, the entrepreneur myth, the

knowledge myth, the pioneer myth and the position myth. Stanley Huffty affirmed,

“It’s not the position that makes the leaders; it’s the leader that makes the position.”

There is one quote in MON language that if it is translated into English, “An
organization without a leader, like a boat in heart of the ocean without boatswain.” If

someone in a boat without boatswain in the middle of the ocean for years, he might sail

his boat without directions. If he has a nice boatswain, it can easily bring him to the
shore and surely makes him happier than living in the sea. He: who’s in the sea is the

same as the human being and boatswain is similar to the leader. That is why, mankind
or the organization must have a leader. They do not just need a leader, they need a good

and successful leader who can guide them to the brighter future.

The 46 President of United State Joe Biden gave the speech on the state
inauguration day of President that “each of us has a duty and responsibility, as citizens,
as Americans, and especially as leaders, leaders who have pledged to honor our

constitution and protect our nation, to defend the truth and defeat the lies.” People
need a good leader who can destroyed the violence and promote peace to organization.
Somehow, the citizen are like throated themselves, if they are choosing wrong leader,
