                       the opportunity to learn to become something. People usually remember to learn how

                       to swim when they have been pushed into the swimming pool. It is better to learn how
                       to swim before it is happened. But this book can help every mature leader and immature

                       leader step by step to growing more and more by 100 lessons. By taking the step lesson
                       in  this  book,  can  win  and  overcome  the  difficult  situation,  to  solve  the  inevitable

                       problem in every organization.

                                 Hardly to see the research about Buddhist leadership as the modern, western

                       scholars  investigate.  Somehow,  Venerable  Pandava   expressed  the  principle  of
                       leadership from a Buddhist perspective mainly focus on morality. But his groundwork
                       is the concept of leadership base on the Seven Conditions of Welfare (Aparihāniya-

                       Dhamma). Thereupon, by holding his research book, encourage this study to develop
                       and go deeper to study the concepts of leadership from the Buddhist perspective and

                       modern scholars.

                                 This  thesis  uses  qualitative  research  approach  the  methodology  of  this
